Assistant Project Manager
Sean Fisher joined the Avid PM team in 2024 as an Assistant Project Manager, based in New South Wales.
Sean graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours). Before joining Avid PM, he gained experience as a civil design engineer, where he assisted in preparing design drawings from preliminary DA stages through to construction. Additionally, his background includes site engineering, where his role involved construction quality control, subcontractor management, and project cost and scheduling on active construction sites.
Since joining Avid PM, Sean has particularly enjoyed working on the Tallowood project. The positive interactions he’s experienced with the community, builders, and stakeholders have been a highlight, and he is looking forward to successfully delivering the final stages of the project.
Outside of work, Sean spends most of his free time at the beach, exercising at the gym, playing social sports, and enjoying music, both listening and playing the guitar. He appreciates the flexible work hours at Avid PM, the transparency within the team, and the opportunities to engage with contractors, stakeholders, and the broader community.
