Junction Fair Childcare Centre
Stirling Property Funds, owner of the Junction Fair Shopping Centre, is developing a 4-storey childcare centre for 109 children, integrated within the existing shopping centre.
Gateshead Childcare Facility
This was a reuse of an existing office building attached to an industrial warehouse. The existing office building has been converted into a 98-place childcare centre with four individual indoor playrooms and extensive natural outdoor play spaces.
