Arbour Newcastle West is a transformative project poised to redefine the urban landscape in Newcastle’s West End. This 10-storey commercial building, commissioned by Altim Property, includes the demolition of the previous structure to make way for a new, architecturally designed building that offers contemporary strata titled office suites and amenities. The development is tailored to meet the needs of small to medium-sized businesses seeking to own their office space, providing a unique opportunity in a prime location.
A key component of this project is the commercial development feasibility assessment. This process involves conducting detailed feasibility studies that include buildability analysis, risk analysis, and services and utilities analysis. By providing these assessments, we offer clients valuable insights and recommendations on project delivery, ensuring that each development is both viable and strategically sound.
Designed by SDA, the building features a thoughtfully designed entry foyer that emphasises connection to country. The exterior green wall is another design standout, contributing to the city’s sustainability efforts and enhancing the urban landscape.
The inclusion of EV charging stations and communal spaces for food and beverage outlets on the ground floor further enhances its appeal, providing modern amenities that cater to contemporary business needs.
This commercial development is designed to maximise natural light, featuring Newcastle’s first commercial Green Wall that ascends 40 metres above the street. The building offers seven levels of A-Grade tenancies, with some suites providing outdoor amenities. Strategically positioned, Arbour is nestled between the Newcastle Rail Interchange and the Honeysuckle Precinct, enhancing its accessibility and appeal.
