Porter Group Workshop and Sales Centre
The Porter Group Heavy Vehicle Workshop and Sales Centre is a $6 million industrial development designed to support the heavy vehicle hire, sales, maintenance and repair operations of Porter Property Group.
Avid Project Management has been engaged to oversee the delivery of the project, working alongside WD Building Design, vT Consulting Engineers, Northrop Consulting Engineers, early works contractor SNL Building Pty Ltd and main works contractor Drayton Group.
Built for heavy-duty operations
The development has been carefully planned to support the day-to-day maintenance and storage of heavy vehicles, while providing functional office accommodation and extensive external hardstand areas.
A separate Early Works package included significant civil ground improvement works and stormwater management, establishing the site for the subsequent Main Works package, which is being delivered under a design and construct contract.
