Natrium Coral Cove is a $320 million residential development delivering 504 homes for over-55s residents in Bundaberg, Queensland. Developed by Vivacity Property, the project will transform a former quarry site into a resort-style lifestyle village located near the Great Barrier Reef.
The development will provide residents with access to a range of facilities designed for active lifestyle living. These include a community clubhouse and retreat, a sports and wellness centre, hobby and arts centres, and some dedicated caravan and RV parking for residents.
The site’s location offers connectivity to both a planned local commercial precinct and an existing golf course, providing residents with integrated access to retail services and recreational amenities.
Managing a complex site
The former quarry site presents several technical and logistical challenges that require our specialist project management:
