- Level 3 office fitout designed for contemporary workplace requirements
Project complexity
Managing a heritage commercial refurbishment requires coordination across multiple regulatory and technical domains. The project involves compliance with heritage conservation requirements, contemporary building codes, and commercial tenancy standards. This includes ongoing liaison with heritage authorities, certifiers and specialist consultants to ensure all works meet both preservation obligations and modern operational performance.
