Project Assistant
Matthew Boslem has been a Project Assistant with AvidPM since early 2024 and is a current student at the University of Newcastle, studying a Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
Matthew has previously undertaken a cadetship with a hydraulics company, working part-time at the John Hunter Hospital Innovation Precinct Project. This first-hand experience in the construction industry has provided Matthew with the foundational knowledge to commence his career.
His primary role entails providing support to Project Managers and Directors across various projects, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. His responsibilities include attending site inspections, meetings, and monitoring the progress of projects.
Matthew works across several projects with our team, including The Hereford Hill Lochinvar Project which has provided an introduction to residential subdivision developments and has been a highlight project for him.
In his spare time, Matthew enjoys playing soccer and golf, as well as taking the opportunity to spend time camping with friends. Matthew appreciates the passion of the team at AvidPM and the supportive environment that makes each day rewarding.
