AvidPM’s local community involvement
As a business based in Newcastle, we aim to find opportunities for local community involvement in our region.
Community involvement is valued among our team. Helping out local initiatives who need support and share values with our organisation is important to us.
Beyond delivering excellence across all phases of project development, we support the community we live and work within. We strive to do our bit to give back where we can.

She and the Sea Boardriders
She and the Sea is a local Newcastle organisation that encourages young women to embrace the surf, have a good time and be involved in more competitions.
We endeavour to support local organisations like She and the Sea, who value inclusivity, teamwork, and participation.
Our backing of She and the Sea has included the sponsorship of their competition rashies. The rashies have been manufactured using recycled ocean plastic waste and non-toxic ink, that won’t fade.
Seeing locals succeed in what they are passionate about is incredibly important to us, and She in the Sea is a great example of how we want to encourage this in our region.
Buildcare
We are proud to partner with Buildcare, a local Newcastle organisation dedicated to delivering high quality, accessible, and functional homes that cater to the needs of people living with spinal cord injuries.
Buildcare’s mission is clear: to provide exceptional accessible housing while directing profits towards vital spinal cord injury research.
Through our collaboration, we are actively supporting Project One, which is the construction of four independent living units aimed at providing a stable, safe environment for people living with physical disabilities.
Charlestown Junior Cricket Club
The Charlestown Junior Cricket Club was established in the 70s, with the goal of establishing a cricket community for young locals in the region. Also known as the Magpies, the club provides a safe and competitive environment for all junior age groups to enjoy the sport.
We are proud to be sponsors of the Magpies and support the junior cricketers of our community.
Our sponsorship helps the club to continually improve the quality of their programs, ensure the team has access to high quality equipment, and foster an inclusive environment for junior cricketers to develop their skills.
Supporting junior sporting clubs like the Magpies who value growth and inclusivity is important to our team and we are proud to have our logo featured on their team training shirts for the 2023/2024 season.
Adamstown Rosebud
The Adamstown Rosebud Football Club is a locally based football club who participates in the Northern NSW NPL and JDL competitions.
We are proud to be supporting the Adamstown Rosebud’s as a major sponsor. The club’s innovative approach to instilling resilience and wellbeing in their team is something we value.
At Avid PM, we focus on the entire project lifecycle. Adamstown Rosebud’s holistic approach to their team culture and development aligns with our business strategy.
We believe in supporting local players in developing their football skills, while fostering a supportive community around them. We want to help them strive to be great people, on and off the field.
A community minded project management team
Our reputation has been built on integrity and authenticity. We strive to bring the same rigour to every project we manage, and the local community involvement we have in our region.
