Director
David Rosewarne is the Founder and a Director of Avid Project Management (AvidPM). David founded the organisation in 2015 after working in the construction and project management industry for almost two decades.
David wanted to establish a new and dynamic approach to project management based on the concept of developing a detailed and in-depth plan to start the project off right – making the delivery of projects more efficient in the long run.
Holding a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) Hons. from the University of Technology Sydney, David has worked on a wide range of projects including distress project management and client-side project management across Sydney and Newcastle.
On the day-to-day, David is responsible for our management system and coordinating our team of project managers. He strives to ensure that there is a balance of project delivery and business development within the system, allowing for continued growth and improved capabilities of the team.
David enjoys seeing our team’s careers develop and taking on a mentoring role towards our junior team members. It is rewarding to see when assistant project managers start owning projects and gaining responsibility.
Outside of work, David revels in all things football, having played the sport for many years, coaching the Adamstown Rosebud FC for several seasons, and now enjoying watching the sport in his spare time.
