Project Manager
Don Yip is a Project Manager with the Avid PM team, holding a Bachelor of Construction Project Management from the University of Technology Sydney.
Don joined our team in mid-2023, predominately working to manage time and costs across projects to satisfy client expectations. He is also responsible for project resources, coordinating stakeholders to ensure seamless progress, the management of contracts and client reporting.
With more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry, Don has worked on projects across Sydney, Newcastle, Central Coast and Mid-North Coast in roles including Project Manager, Construction Estimator and Flooring Estimator.
Don appreciates the work-life balance that Avid PM has to offer and values our team’s culture around constructive feedback and growth.
His favourite project to work on with the Avid PM team so far has been Scone Grammar School. The project is progressing as planned and he enjoys being able to work with such a great team.
Outside of work, Don enjoys spending quality time with his family and kids, photography, and working on his general fitness.
