Project Manager
Rowan O’Dell is a highly skilled Project Manager with more than 15 years of experience in the construction and property industries.
Rowan holds a Bachelor of Property & Construction from the University of Melbourne. He joined our team in February 2024 and is responsible for a range of project activities; including cost control, quality control and design management and coordination.
Prior to joining Avid PM, Rowan started his career as a Quantity Surveyor overseas before moving back to Australia to work with a construction team delivering a range of government-leased office buildings, varying in size. He has also contributed to a number of large-scale retail, commercial and industrial developments.
Since joining on our team, Rowan’s favourite project to work on has been ‘The Library’ at 182 Hunter Street, Newcastle. This premium apartment building has an existing heritage façade that presents many interesting aspects to his role of coordinating necessary works for the project.
Rowan enjoys an active lifestyle involving running, swimming and bike riding, as well as taking the opportunity to explore the NSW coast with his family.
