Assistant Project Manager
Torren Whale joined the Avid PM team as an Assistant Project Manager in early 2023.
Torren holds a Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) and has a range of experience in the project management industry.
He completed a cadetship with a project management company in the Hunter region of NSW while studying, and then worked full time in the industry while completing his degree. Torren has experience across project management, site management, material and trade procurement, and estimating.
Since joining our team, Torren has enjoyed working on the Fullerton Cove project where he was able to get a feel for civil construction and seeing a project go from concept to completion. His day-to-day responsibilities involve site inspections, updating dashboards, and ensuring stakeholders are kept up to date with the progress of projects.
Torren spends much of his spare time working on cars, mountain biking, camping and being outdoors. His favourite thing about being a part of the Avid PM team is the culture, as everyone is always up for a laugh.
