Construction of a new purpose-built industrial research, design, and fabrication facility in Carrington.
The new building will provide dedicated research facilities which inform product prototyping and eventual fabrication on site.
The new facility will see the construction of 700sqm of research, design, and management offices to support the prototyping and fabrication of heavy-duty automotive parts in a new 1500sqm dedicated manufacturing, distribution, and installation.
The project is currently under DA assessment.
Construction is expected to commence in late 2024.
