Carrington Industrial Research and Manufacturing Facility

This $7–8 million development involved the construction of a new purpose-built industrial research, design and fabrication facility in Carrington for Yarranabbe Investment Co. Pty. Ltd.
Designed by CKDS Architecture, the development comprises a 700 square metre facility incorporating research, design and management offices, alongside a 1,500 square metre manufacturing, distribution and installation facility.
Supporting specialised manufacturing operations
The purpose-built development brings research, design and management functions together with the prototyping and fabrication of heavy-duty automotive parts.
Careful coordination throughout the design and construction phases ensured the facility could accommodate the specialised operational requirements of the business while providing an efficient connection between office, manufacturing, distribution and installation functions.
