This project involves the construction of a new industrial workshop, office, and external hardstand area for the storage, maintenance, repairs, and operations of the Porter Group’s heavy vehicle hire and sales business in the Hunter region.
A separate Early Works package includes a significant amount of civil ground improvement work and stormwater management.
The Main Works package is now engaged on a design and construct basis.
