The Watt Street Commercial Theatre conversion project entails the adaptation of an existing lecture theatre to Class 5 commercial A-grade office spaces with the addition of a three-storey extension to the southern end of the theatre. Located at 45 Watt Street Newcastle, the project was designed to 4.5 Green Star and NABERS ratings.

Our role:

  • Strict management of the design, tender and construction processes.
  • Handling and coordination of RFIs with Consultants.
  • Assessment and certification of Contractor & Consultant payment claims.
  • Monitoring of progression of the project.
  • Holding regular Client & Contractor meetings including the delivery of minutes.
  • Monitoring of construction quality, finishes and defects.
