The Owner’s Committee of the iconic beachfront York residential apartment building has trusted Avid Project Management with the management of remediation of existing fire dampers throughout the building’s ventilation system.
The works were carried out under a Complying Development Certificate, and were also completed under the Design and Building Practitioners Act.
Further, the front awning required remediation due to corrosion of structural members. These works were managed as a Separable Portion under the Contract.
