Monterey Community Facility, Camden Haven
The $7 million Monterey Community Facility forms the recreational and social heart of the Monterey Camden Haven over-55s community, located near Kendall on the Mid North Coast of NSW.
Avid Project Management provided Superintendent Services for Allam Property Group, working alongside Webber Architects and contractor North Construction & Building.
Creating a central hub for residents
Designed to support an active and connected lifestyle, the development incorporated a range of recreational facilities including tennis courts, a swimming pool, bowling green and golf nets.
The community building also delivered a library, cinema, arts and crafts room, bar, commercial kitchen and gymnasium, creating a central space for residents to relax and participate in community activities.
