A Site Compatibility Certificate (SCC) and development application were approved to convert a disused quarry to a proposed SEPP Seniors Living development. The approved development consists of 156 serviced Independent Living Units and associated Community Facilities. The site required extensive negotiations with Council regarding bushfire and ecology constraints.
